Miercuri, 29.VI.2011, am fost in audienta la Dna. Bratan - director general al Directiei Generale Protectia Persoanelor cu Handicap (impreuna cu Codrin, Loredana si Veronica) pentru a propune modificarea Legii 448/2006 la capitolul Accesibilitate (propunerea se afla si pe grup, la sectiunea DOCUMENTE in meniul din dreapta). Doamna Director a spus ca se lucreaza la modificarea legii si ca este nevoie de CAT MAI MULTE MEMORII din partea VOASTRA, a persoanelor cu dizabilitati (si a apartinatorilor), in care sa specificati detaliat problemele cu care va confruntati din cauza dizabilitatii si - eventual - sugestii de rezolvare.
Memoriile trebuie sa le trimiteti prin email sau prin posta la una din adresele:
● registratura@anph.ro
● Calea Victoriei nr. 194, Sector 1, Bucuresti.
Dupa expedierea memoriilor, trebuie sa solicitati telefonic (021-2125438 ; 021-2125439) numarul de inregistrare!
Va rugam sa diseminati aceasta informatie ca sa poate ajunge la toate persoanele interesate. Este foarte important! Vrem schimbarea? Ni se ofera aceasta sansa, sa profitam de ea!

Am fost si eu acolo si cei de la ANPH au nevoie de cat mai multe memorii ca sa se modifice legea 448/2006 si anume sa fie obligatoriu sa se construiasca rampa si la case, blocuri, locuinte private ca sa nu se mai ceara acordul vecinilor, unii din ei fiind impotriva construirii rampei.. cum este si in cazul meu.. toti vecinii au semnat impotriva.. si doar unul pentru rampa.. si in cazul unei prietene...
